Bodybuilding is more than just physical activity. Here, you are faced with standards, and the way other people see you. It has a lot to do with the image of perfectly shaped body. People use various methods in order to achieve perfection, but many of them simply get lost in all this. Suddenly, natural methods are just not good enough, so many people reach for steroids in order to get muscular in short time.

Tom Venuto has chosen the natural way. He competes in the category at four percent body fat (and lower). This example proves that one can be a great bodybuilder without having to use steroids.

The Biggest Bodybuilder in The World
For all those bodybuilding fans wondering who the biggest bodybuilder in the world is, here are possible candidates for this rather flattery title:Gregg Valentino, famous for his huge biceps, is a kind of icon.
His career started as early as his age of 13. What seems a little strange regarding this guy is that he actually trained his body naturally for a long period of time – some 23 years, and then suddenly started taking steroids! His arms became un-naturally big and it made him even more famous. Of course, don’t think that the mother-nature didn’t respond – he had a kind of muscle explosion that resulted in quite asymmetrical and even more un-natural look.
Next guy famous for his muscles is Markus Rühl, the proud owner of the biggest shoulders in the world.
Then there is Ronnie Coleman from Louisiana, who was Mr. Olympia for as much as eight times.

Next on our list would be Arnold Schwarzenegger who won the Mr. Universe title at the age of 20, which makes him the youngest winner of this competition. He started training at the age of 15, got into the perfect shape very fast, and made him not only successful body builder, but also an actor. He is also the author of a few books on the subject of sport.
The greatest competition to Arnold Schwarzenegger was Lou Ferrigno, famous for his role in the Incredible Hulk. The Hulk-guy tried to beat Schwarzenegger in 1974 Mr. Olympia, and the documentary film “Pumping Iron” was made on this subject.
Now, some might have thoughts like: why would anyone want to be the biggest guy in the world, and why would he sacrifice himself so much in order to succeed? Well… maybe it is a way to prove something. And maybe it’s just passion.

The Biggest Roller Coaster in The World
The biggest and fastest roller coaster in the world is Kingda Ka, New Jersey, USA. It was first introduces to the world in September 2004, when it was announced as the fastest and tallest roller coaster in the world. It started operating in May 2005, with a great thrill and excitement among the public world wide.
The train reaches 206 km per hour in nearly 3.4 seconds, and when climbing the top hat tower on the launch track finish, it reaches the height close to some 140 meters. Its motor has a capability to produce amazing 20 790 horsepower.
When it comes to security (which you would probably think about first), restraint system is made of both rigid and flexible restraints that go over the passenger’s shoulders. When locked, restraints can go down, but cannot be pulled up. There are also the belts in case that locking system brakes down.

On the 6th of June 2005, a test run was conducted without passengers, and ended in launch cable damage, so the roller coaster was closed for rides until August. That wasn’t the only incident, however. In 2009, it was hit by a lightning, which indicated its unreliability and the necessity of reparation.
When it was finally done, the Kingda Ka was still closed for maintenance for couple of months. The name came from a huge Bengal tiger that is sort of a roller coaster’s trademark. All is designed in mythical Indian manner, which gives an additional excitement and atmosphere to the ride. It does look interesting, but there have been not only problems but also several tragedies.
The tiger escaped from cage and two children were killed by it, all happened in 2007. One person lost his life on the ride. Despite all the security measures, this kind of things apparently still happen. No mater how roller coasters are amazing and despite all the adrenaline and excitement, there are still risks. The only solution would be more work on safety; that would certainly bring more visitors from all over the world and prove that is was worth.
