The Biggest Christmas Wreath in The World

Christmas wreaths or Holiday wreathsare decoration of various flowers, leaves, fruits and materials that are put together into a ring shape. They are commonly used in Christmas decorations that symbolizes advent season. Wreaths have pagan background and are still used in some other religions besides Christianity.

The largest wreath ever is built by Carolann Naugle, and she even made it to Guiness Book of World Records for it.

Her wreath came big as much as 76,8 meters which beats last wreath record for 5,5 meters. She needed almost 4 months to complete it and frame for the wreath had 958 kg of weight.

She spent 2041 kg of balsam fir branches to decorate.

    Congratulations once again to Carolann. She is an extremely hard working lady. She is now going to try for the world’s longest garland. Her aim is for close to 3 miles in length and will commence around the 1st of November 2010. I know she can do it so all the luck and best wishes go out to her for a success.
